Terms of Use
Please read these terms before using The Browser. Last updated 9 July 2026.
Acceptance
By using The Browser you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
The Browser is a web browser that lets you access third-party websites and services. Those sites are not operated by us; we are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use the app lawfully and not to use it to infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or misuse the app. You are responsible for the content you access.
Bring-your-own-key AI
If you connect a cloud AI provider using your own API key, you are responsible for that key, for any usage charges the provider bills you, and for complying with the provider’s terms. The Browser simply relays your request to the provider you configured.
Open-source software
The Browser includes open-source components, each used under its own licence. The full list is in Settings ▸ About ▸ Open-Source Licenses. Your use of those components is governed by their respective licences.
No warranty
The Browser is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app or of any website accessed through it.
